The Annual Appeal is The Co-op School’s yearly giving program that provides critical funds to support the school’s mission. Since its founding in 2003, The Co-op School has continued to grow one grade level per year, and in 2020, we are officially a full preschool, elementary, and middle school, serving students age 2 through grade 8. We are proud to be in a state-of-the-art building, where we foster community, provide space for physical activity, and offer advanced learning in science, art, music, technology, math, and the language arts.
Like all of New York and beyond, the COVID-19 pandemic has presented new economic challenges for our school. Our goal is to continue to grow and serve our students and ensure that our school remains one of the best places to receive a comprehensive, diverse, inclusive, and meaningful education in Brooklyn. And so, funds raised from the Annual Appeal are more critical now than ever before.
Community participation is a testament to our strength as an institution. We are asking for 100% participation from our school community to bridge this moment.
