School Events
Some of the best moments of our year happen when we come together. Throughout the school year, we host a variety of events designed to welcome you in, connect you with families in our community and staff and faculty, and give you another window into your child’s learning. These gatherings are where our community comes to life, where relationships grow, and we have fun! We hope you’ll join us as often as you can.
Thursday, September 17th
New Parents Coffee
Join us from 8:45 AM to 10 AM for a relaxed morning to meet other new families, put faces to names, and get to know some of the people who will be part of your child’s world this year.
Thursday, September 24th
Sunset Soiree
Join us for an informal gathering at the park where new and returning Co-op School families can socialize and meet admin members, some teachers and classmates. Pizza is provided by the school.
Mon, Sept 28th + Mon, Oct 5th
Curriculum Night
Hear from classroom teachers about the year ahead: developmental goals, Social-Emotional Learning, our Anti-Bias curriculum, and Early Academic Exposure. You'll also leave with simple, concrete ways to support your child's learning and development at home.

Vaccination Clinic
Join us for our school vaccination clinic, open to parents, students, and siblings. It’s a convenient opportunity for the whole family to get vaccinated right here at school in a familiar and welcoming setting.

Fall Festival
The Co-op School Fall Festival will be a delightful celebration of the season, featuring pumpkins, hot chocolate, arts and crafts, and music. It’s also a great opportunity to have your family photo taken by a professional photographer—just in time for holiday cards!
Friday, October 30th
Middle School Dance
Middle school students are invited to an evening of music, and a chance to gather with friends and dance in a fun, welcoming space they know so well: our school. This is a student-only event; please plan to pick up promptly at 8:30 PM.

Marathon Bake Sale
Calling all bakers! In celebration of Marathon Day, we invite Co-op families to bake and contribute a favorite treat to our Marathon Bake Sale. Whether it’s cookies, brownies, muffins, or another family favorite, your delicious creations will help make this special community tradition a success!

Radio Bingo
Get ready for a fun-filled evening of music, laughter, and friendly competition at Radio Bingo! Listen for your favorite songs, mark your bingo card, and enjoy a lively night with fellow Co-op families.

Museum of Uniqueness
Every Co-op student is invited to create a special project at home that showcases their individuality, interests, identity, or what makes them them. We’ll bring all the projects together and proudly display them in our Museum of Uniqueness.
Tuesday, December 1st
Coat Drive
The Co-op School invites families to donate new or gently used coats to our annual Coat Drive. Together, we can support members of our wider community and help keep our neighbors warm throughout the colder months.
