We are excited to announce that C0-op Summer Camp will be back in action for preschool students through rising second graders this summer from July 5, 2022, to August 12, 2022.
Summer Camp Mission
For 18 years, The Co-op School has pioneered an engaged community- and project-led approach to learning. Students, staff, and parents contribute to the development of our unique culture. Our approach to summer camp is no different. At C0-op Summer Camp, you’ll find the same core values of joyful learning and community action that inform our school year-round adapted to summertime fun.
We Emphasize Community Action
We believe appreciating our world starts with understanding how things work and how we can get involved. With this in mind, we guide campers through theme-based weeks, offering a personalized experience. From campfire stories to recycling art to music and movement, each day is a balance of fun activities, learning, wellness, and action.
Our camp is designed as a full experience. For six weeks, campers engage in thoughtful fun activities that build active citizens. We’ve created an environment where bonds are formed and camper-led action is made. We start small and start within. Our camp is structured on the following themes:
|Week 1||Farm & Food|
|Week 2||Trash & Treasure|
|Week 3||Community Superheros|
|Week 4||Water, Water Everywhere|
|Week 5||Camp Kindness|
|Week 6||Creative Action|
A full day is 9 am to 3 pm and half-days (available to 2 years olds only) are from 9 am to 12 pm. We offer early drop-off and extended day programs for an additional charge.
C0-op Summer Camp runs July 5 through August 12. The fee for each week is $565 for the full-day program and $345–$135 for our half-day programs (available to 2 years olds only). Siblings receive a 10% discount.
