Thursday and Friday, September 9–10: Preschool Phase-In; Noon Dismissal

All student medical records must be up to date in Magnus Health.

Students may not attend classes or participate in any activities without having their yearly medical forms and updated immunization record submitted in Magnus. There are no exceptions. Click here to access Magnus Health.

Lower School and Middle School Supply List
The school will provide notebooks, pencils, and folders.
Families should provide a backpack and water bottle.

Each student will have a personal cubby for their jacket, backpack, and lunch. Please note that the children will be encouraged to hold their personal items themselves when entering and exiting the building. In an effort to support the students through the transition from the lobby to their classroom, we strongly encourage packing only what is absolutely necessary for the day.

Teachers will provide students with notebooks, folders, and pencils. In some cases, a teacher may request additional supplies for special projects, but in general, your supply fee should cover most needs for the year.

At The Co-op School, we value the importance of social connection and enriching experiences that complement our academic day. Our after-school program is an extension of the same exceptional values and sense of community we emphasize during regular school hours. It offers a delightful blend of exploration, creativity, and camaraderie.

Whether students are passionate about the arts, music, sports, or simply want some time for free play, their afternoons with us are designed to be relaxed, engaging, and fulfilling.

This year, families will receive the Enrichment Menu on September 2, and registration opens September 3. 

Your Veracross portal is where your family’s information lives — contact details, emergency contacts, authorized pickup, calendars, forms, report cards, and your Co-op Commitment hours. It’s also where you’ll find class information from your child’s teachers: daily for Preschool, weekly for Lower and Middle School.

Every parent and guardian gets their own login. Please keep your contacts and pickup list current; Veracross is our system of record, and it’s what we use when we need to reach you.
